Looking to sublease my room I got after commencement for the month of October - ready to go further north. If you want to stay after that, the landlord would likely have you sign a 3 month lease with a month-to-month option to extend.

This is a unique situation with elderly woman. This is a good fit for someone who mostly stays in their bedroom, but you're welcome to watch PBS with her on the weekends and she would appreciate the chat.
Pros include some flexibility for late night noise and remote work, you'll have your own bathroom until another roommate comes in, a ton of storage, and a low-key cheap place to crash.
Cons are limited kitchen and common space use.
