4) public gym and pool at no extra charge
5) efficient mail management system and responsible maintenance team
6) carpooling (if you need a ride) and parking spot (if you have a car)
7) ready-to-be-helpful roommates

1) if you have pets: we cannot have more pets because the current cat does not go well with other cats
2) if you are using products that contain chemicals lethal to cats such as Minoxidil: we do not want to expose our cat to danger
3) if you use smoke products: we are a smoke-free community, so smoking is not permitted
