Large bedroom with walk in closet available in top floor of townhouse with 1.5 bathrooms (shared shower with one person, but they have an ensuite toilet/sink). Comes furnished unless you'd like everything emptied out of the room.

Large yard and fire pit shared with downstairs neighbours (our friends) and also a top deck with lots of afternoon sun. Large basement available for storage. Heating available, AC is not but never felt like it was needed in SF where we are... Also not a foggy area.

Great space to host friends over. Biking distance (8 mins) from 22nd St Caltrain. Half a black from the Muni (T-line) and the 24/44 bus lines. 20 mins from UCSD/Oracle Park by transit and 10 mins by car to Dolores/Castro.

You'll be sharing with one other flatmate who's an engineer in tech. Rent is month-to-month but cheaper if signing for 12 months. Deposit is $800 to be returned when you leave the flat.

This is a great spot if you have 1-2 work from home days a week, but are otherwise at Stanford. I'm leaving only because I have to go in everyday. The new electrified (faster, cleaner, quieter & more frequent) Caltrain makes this a very hard decision. Would recommend this spot if you're a fellow cyclist and/or looking to live in SF on a budget!
