A large Private room with an ensuite private bathroom available in a 3b/3b apartment in Menlo Park downtown with in-unit laundry. It’s 5 min bike ride to Trader Joe’s and Safeway and 12 min bike ride to Stanford Hospital. No pets are allowed, smoking is prohibited, and the room is for a single occupant only. The common area and kitchen are fully equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave and common utensils.
1. Ideally lease length is 4 months but can move out if find a replacement.
2. Rent per month - 1500 + utilities + wifi (~ $100-125 per month)
3. Monthly cleaning service for common space - kitchen, living room ~$25 per month
4. The preferred move-in date is around Nov 1, but there's some flexibility.
Rules
1. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. Not suitable of night owls. Things like cooking in common area, laundry, or doing dishes is not allowed during these hours.
2. Required good credit or proof of employment from Stanford University.
3. At the time of move-in will 1 months advance rent and 1 month as security deposit. Additional utilities/wifi cost due at the end of each month.
About the Roomates: One male roommate is a PhD student at Stanford University and is rarely at home and one female working in tech. Roommates value cleanliness and respect of each others space.
In person viewing can be arranged on weekends or after 5:00 PM on weekdays.
