Microwave and small refrigerator provided. No entrance to the rest of the house, therefore, no kitchen. No cooking raw meat or fish in microwave. A lot can be done in a microwave (rice, pasta, potato, raw veg), and using disposables for eating because the bathroom is not ideal for washing dishes. So, this is really ideal for someone who has a Stanford meal plan and does not cook in a regular kitchen.
New mattress and quilt.
Adequate furniture. No closet. There are new Ikea rack and shelving, and hooks for clothes.
Opposite the creek, opposite Palo Alto in E. Palo Alto.
Street parking guaranteed right outside the house.
Free shuttle bus to Stanford right outside the house.
Laundromat a short two walking blocks away.
Small shopping center with upscale grocery store. Starbucks, bagel shop, etc. and Freeway 101 are 1/4 mile away.
