My roommate is moving out to move to NYC, and I am looking for a roommate (preferably female) to renew my lease at a 2bd/2b aapartment in SF.
The apartment is called Mosso SF (400 Clementina St), and has amenities such as steel appliances, dish-washer, in-unit washer/dryer, two equipped gyms, rooftops, co-working space etc. It is also at a central location in SoMa, about 10-mins walk to Powell Bart Station and 15 mins walk to CalTrain.
You'll get a bigger room with a private bathroom and large windows (see the foorplan). Rent is $1795, Deposit - $350, Utilities (internet/electricity/Water/Sewage etc) are about $200 total month, which is fairly standard. (Rent is cheaper because I negotiated down, and there is a 1-month free offer if we renew as soon as possible!)
I graduated with a Masters from Stanford two years ago, and I have lived in this apartment since.
