I am leaving my room ($1753 +/- 30m2, shared bathroom with 1 other person) behind in this large townhouse in Midtown Palo Alto (5B3B); it will be available for short-term or permanent lease from the end of October (the exact date we can discuss). The house has a large garden including BBQ, basketball court, and furniture for late evenings in the summer. The house has large open kitchen and living room that is shared with 4 other Stanford PhD/researchers in economics and math. We regularly eat together, have drinks, and go on trips/hikes.
