Hi! I am a recent 2024 male Stanford graduate and started working in the bay area in July. The lease I have currently ends at the end of December and I am looking for a roommate/new place to live starting in January, ideally close to financial district, North Beach, and Chinatown as I work in the Transamerica Pyramid and like being close to work.
Budget is around 1800-2200 a month so ideally splitting somewhere around 4k for a 2 bedroom would be nice (hopefully furnished)
