I’m subletting my furnished room in a two-person shared apartment from December 1, 2024, to March 30, 2025 (dates are flexible and negotiable—move-in could be earlier, and the sublet may be extended until July 2025 if needed).
It’s a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment in Old Palo Alto, just a 10-minute bike ride to campus. The location is amazing, with California Avenue right around the corner, featuring cool cafes and restaurants. Top location!
Rent: $1,750 + utilities.

The room comes with everything you need, including bed linens, towels, etc.
You will share the apartment with another female Stanford student until February, after which I will return. I work on the medical campus and often spend time in San Francisco, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.

The apartment is a rare top-floor corner unit, very quiet. It includes:
- a shared living room
- one bathroom
- a kitchen with a dishwasher and a gas stove/oven
- all necessary kitchen and bathroom items (which you’re welcome to share)

There’s also a washer and dryer, and a free parking spot is included.
