We are looking for someone to take over the master bedroom in this cozy home in Redwood City. Our place is in a safe neighborhood within biking distance (30 minutes) or a short drive (15 minutes) to Stanford campus. Safeway, Whole Foods, and the Caltrain station are all within 5 minutes. The house has plenty of space (~2000 sqft). There are two large common rooms, a decent-sized kitchen, and a big back patio and yard. There's a garage with a lot of storage room and a spot for another car. We also live a block from a community orchard where you can pick figs and apples in summer =).
The available room is the master bedroom with a personal bathroom attached and a large walk-in closet. The room is unfurnished and can comfortably host a single person or a couple. For reference, the bed in the photo is a queen size. We are looking for someone who has some flexibility with the move-in date; however, the general timeframe for move-in would be late October. Rent is $1900 per month for the rest of 2024 but will likely increase slightly at the start of the new year. PG & E, water/sewage, and internet are all paid for by the tenants. The lease term is expected to be at least one year. There are two other bedrooms in the house that are both currently occupied by Stanford affiliates.
