I am looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious 2Bed-1Bath apartment in Mountain View from 1st December to 31st December 2024. The apartment is at 210 Caderon Ave, Glenwood Garden Apartments - a gated housing complex - 7-8 min walking distance (3-4 min biking) from Mountain View Train Station (Caltrain) and about 10 min walking distance from the vibrant Castro St.
Indian grocery stores (Apni Mandi, Madras Groceries, other Filippe are 20 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bus. Target, Walmart, Safeway, and Traders Joe are 30 minutes walking distance away. Current flatmates (male) are in their early 30s, employed at Staff Application Engineer, Synopsys Inc., Mountain View, very friendly, humble, kind nature, and chilled.
The current lease amount is an individual share of the rent of approximately $1135. The utilities (water, trash, electricity, internet) cost $120-$150 per person monthly.

You can use my bed, table, chair and other pieces of furniture.
