I am looking for a (preferably male) roommate for a lease takeover for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Menlo Park. The lease start would be flexible from November 15/December 1.
Size: the apartment is furnished, spacious (1000 sqft), and has ample light. You will have your private room, a shared bath, in-unit laundry, and a spacious patio. The monthly rent will be $1750 only, not including utilities. The furniture from your room can be removed in case you do not need it, however, the room is fully furnished. Attached are some pics.
Location: the apartment is minutes away from Menlo Park downtown, is 10 minutes from the campus by bike, and is a 3-4 minute walk from both Trader Joe's and Safeway. Also, the apartment is a mere 3-4 minutes away from the ECR bus stop and an 8-minute walk away from the Menlo Park Caltrain station.
About me: I am a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford's Doerr School of Sustainability. I have lived in the apartment for 2 years now. My roommate is leaving next month, so I am seeking a new roommate for the apartment.
