Please apply if you're able to commit to minimum one-month stay. Even more ideal might be if you were able to stay the whole period, November 4th - December 14th. There's also potential for the sublet to extend to December 30th, but that won't be known until early November.)
$2000 for the month,
or $2550 for the whole period (November 4th - December 14th)
or something in between, which can be calculated!
The place is amazing and recently redone, with everything you need included:
• Amazing kitchen with washer/dryer/full stove
• Bathroom with walk-in shower with dual shower heads, large cabinet with quartz countertop
• Large patio and grass backyard
• Approximately 400 sqft
• furnished
• Off-street parking as well as plenty of street parking
• No pets, no smoking, no drugs, or parties.
It is located in the Farm Hills area of Redwood City: have a look on the map.
Looking for someone committed, peaceful, and honest to inhabit this lovely space!
The only plea is that you water the plants every two weeks : )
