Looking to sublet out my 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment in the College Terrace neighborhood in Palo Alto (close to Stanford Ave and El Camino) from Dec 1, 2024 through January 10, 2025. Apartment is single occupancy and fully furnished. The monthly rent is $2,500 plus utilities. $100 application fee and deposit equivalent to one month's rent required. Cleaning fee to be deducted from deposit when tenant moves out. Per landlord, no overnight guests allowed. Internet not included--subletter will need to create/pay for their own account.
