I am leaving my room ($1753 +/- 30m2, shared bathroom with 1 other person) behind in this large townhouse in Midtown Palo Alto (5B3B), it will be available for short term or permanent lease from November 21st. The house has a large garden including BBQ, basketball court, and furniture for late evenings in the summer. The house has large open kitchen and living room that is shared with 4 other Stanford PhD/researchers in economics and math. We regularly eat together, have drinks, and go on trips/hikes. I can really recommend the place, just moving out because I found my own studio. Let me know if you want more photo's.
