Hello! I am seeking a female roommate to fill a bedroom in a 2Bed, 2bath apartment at Stanford Middle Plaza (menlo park area)! (https://middleplaza.stanford.edu/)
About me: I am a current LSRP in the school of medicine and recent master's graduate. I am 23 and a California native-- I enjoy video games, binging TV shows and cooking in my spare time (which is sometimes hard to find haha). I consider myself a very go with the flow type of person, but do like to keep things neat and clean in common, shared spaces. I also have a 13 year old cat who would be living in the apartment as well (picture attached).
About the space: Floorplan attached. Laundry is in-unit and bathroom isn't shared (unless guests are over). Unit will already be furnished with couch, cooking supplies, TV, etc in common spaces... but room will be untouched and freshly cleaned.
Rent is $4400 split evenly (your share would be $2200). Utilities would also be shared. If you reach out I will send pictures of the unit as well! :)
Who I am looking for: Ideally someone who is also chill, but cares about keeping up the space, contributing to cleaning, etc. Female roommate preferred, but not a dealbreaker. I like being friends with roommates, but if you are someone who likes to stick to their own spaces that's cool too! Prefer someone who can commit long term 6+ months. Cannot be allergic to cats. One person only please!
