I'm subletting my one-person backyard studio, furnished, next to the campus for the period between 11/21 and 1/9 for $2,500 a month (or $4,000 the entire period). I'll give priority to someone with Stanford affiliation. I will consider people without Stanford affiliation with proper references and subject to a $500 security deposit. The studio is extremely well located: less than 2 blocks from campus. It takes me 10-30 min. walking or 5-15 min. biking to pretty much anywhere on campus (you can use my bicycle as well). The neighborhood is College Terrace and so you'll also be at walking distance from California Avenue and its nearby El Camino Real stores.

* Attention: the studio doesn't have a full kitchen (no stove) and so it doesn't work for someone who cooks.
