I am subletting out my fully furnished 1 Bedroom in a beautiful house (also fully furnished) located in Pacific Heights, San Francisco from 11/27. It is in a great location that is walking distance to lovely parks (Lafayette Park, Alta Plaza Park), grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway, Trader Joes) and cool places like Fillmore, Japantown and the Marina. It is also a great commute to FiDi/Downtown, if you work in that area. The monthly rent will be $1250 + utilities (around $100 including WiFi). The end date is quite flexible and I am open to making this a more long-term deal if you are interested in that. Happy to share more details over phone or text!
