I am subletting my room in an on-campus 2B2B apartment during December 12-26, 2024 (14 nights) for $800 (price is negotiable). Dates are quite flexible but I strongly prefer someone who can stay the entire period. Proof of Stanford affiliation needed. Unfortunately, I am not able to sublease to undergrads per school's policy.
You will have your own full-size bed and bath (can lend some of my extra bedding stuff if needed). The room itself is very spacious with sunlight during daytime but cools down nicely during nighttime: the room also has a heater if it gets too cold, although I never have that problem.
The kitchen is typically shared with another person, but it is likely all yours for the break. Access to free laundry two doors down (washing and tumble-dry machines), multiple common/study/game/music rooms, and mini gyms (weight/pulley machines and ellipticals).
