Hello there! We're two housemates and friends who are Stanford alumni, excited to find a friendly, respectful, and quiet third person to join us in our cozy 2B1B apartment in Downtown Menlo Park.
**Availability:**
Starting from September 1, 2023, we're offering one private room with dimensions of 4 by 3.4 meters. It's the perfect space to call your own in the heart of downtown Menlo.
**Current Layout:**
Our current setup includes one person taking one private room and the other taking an isolated living room. You don't need the old living room to access the kitchen or any other common space. It's on one corner of the house. We've transformed a modest dining room into a comfy living space and added a small dining table in the kitchenette. We also have a large patio that we will decorate for outdoor parties.
**Location:**
Enjoy the convenience of Downtown Menlo Park! Just a quick 1-minute walk to the ECR bus that takes you to Palo Alto downtown in 10 minutes. If biking is your preference, it's a breezy 15-minute ride to campus. Essentials like Trader Joe’s, the post office, UPS, Safeway, and Walgreens are a 5-10 minute stroll away.
