We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support remotely. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks, ranging from managing schedules and emails to handling customer inquiries and supporting project management. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.

Handle email correspondence, filter and prioritize emails, and respond to inquiries.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

Organize and manage files, records, and other documentation.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.

Address customer needs, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.

Project Coordination:

Assist in planning and coordinating projects, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Collaborate with team members and provide status updates on tasks.

Social Media Management:

Schedule and post content on various social media platforms.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and maintain brand presence.

Data Entry and Research:

Conduct research on various topics as requested.

Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases.

Bookkeeping Support:

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

Manage records of financial transactions if required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM systems is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication

skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.

Hours: Flexible, part-time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and role complexity

Location: Fully remote; ability to work from any location with reliable internet access.
