I live at 725 Roble Avenue in an extremely big apartment (subsidized by Stanford) with one roomate. I'm away for winter break so I can sublet my room at a low price for 3/4weeks-ish.
The apartment is 1100 square feet. The room has a big queen bed, a private bathroom, and the condo has a pool.
I'm a PhD student in econ at Stanford.
If you want to see the layout look at Menlo Park West Apartments. My room is the master bedroom.
The rent is 1600 per month but since I want to do a smooth arrangement and have pretty strict dates, I post a low price of 1000.
MOVE-IN : EXACTLY DEC-7 morning (to pick up the keys)
MOVE-OUT : AT THE LATEST JAN5
DONT SEND AN OFFER OUT OF THESE DATES I WILL NOT REPLY
I will require a Zoom with the person before accepting anything
