-$1352 per month plus your share of utilities which average $220 per person
-The room is available starting January 3rd, and we are somewhat flexible on move in and move out dates. Ideally we are looking to fill the following windows, so let us know if either or both interest you.

About us
-We are 2 males and 1 female in our late 20s and early 30s working at companies in the Area
-We prefer dinner parties and outdoor barbecues over late night raves
-Hobbies include biking, hockey, and skiing
-We all rent the house from a landlord in Palo Alto. We are looking to replace our fourth roommate who is moving out at the end of the year.
