The location is ideal, close to local markets, Whole Foods, great restaurants, Dogpatch Beach, and convenient transit options, including the 22 and 55 bus lines and a 10-minute walk to the Caltrain 22nd Street Station.

The house has one bathroom(separate rooms for shower and toilet), a backyard, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary supplies. The room is furnished and is available from mid-December or January through July 2025. You’d be living with two female, Stanford and USC affiliated, friendly housemates in their 20s.
