Hi, both my roommate and I are moving out of state soon and are looking to fill both of our bedrooms in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in San Carlos. It's in a very lovely area of San Carlos, steps away from Trader Joe's and walking distance to downtown San Carlos. Utilities (water, trash) are included in the rent! PGE is separate. My bedroom is $1650/month (bathroom in hallway) and the other room (master with attached bath) is $1700/month. It's about 20-25 minutes drive from Stanford, and it's close to the bus stop and Caltrain station as well. My bedroom is available in mid-January, and my roommates could also be available in late-January-mid-February.
