I moved to Palo Alto this September and currently lives in a house with two other working professionals (landlords). Originally we agreed on a 1B1B but there's another tenant moving in and we will have to share the bathroom. My objections didn't really matter so now I am moving out, preferably in February.
Because it is off-season, apartment in Palo Alto is more affordable than they were in September. I am a recent graduate (22F) who's working at a biology lab at Stanford. I am looking for another female to share a 2B2B with in the long term (9-12months). My preferred rent range is $1,500-$2,000, and so far I was able to easily spot several very promising housing options that fits the budget constraint.
I am quick to clean after myself, easy-going, quiet, and am super down to fully decorate and furnish the living room so it's more like a home rather than a temporary dwelling! I'm also open to going on hikes or climbing together on the weekends if it's something you want ;)
