We will be looking for another woman to fill a room of our 3bed/2ba house. You'd be joining 2 working, professional women and have the master bedroom with an ensuite, private bathroom. Located in Palo Alto, it's 2 min. from the Oregon Expressway/101 exit. (very easy access to highway, yet very quiet).
We are looking for someone who can stay for the rest of the lease duration (Starting Feb. 1st - August, although bedroom can be available earlier in January). Our current roommate will moving out of state and is looking to sell the room fully furnished.
In your private space this includes: A new, adjustable memory foam bed, an office set up of desk + office chair, a mirror, an industrial chique bookshelf, a hanging shoe organizer in the closet, and a trash bin, rattan clothing hamper, and cute plants for the bathroom. If interested, she's selling everything in the room as a set for a one time payment, to be discussed with those who are seriously interested!
Shared spaces include:
- Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, food disposal, fridge/freezer
-Washer and Dryer
- Back yard with partially furnished patio space + couple fruit trees
- Garage/driveway/plenty of street parking
-No pets unfortunately
-Rent is $1765/mo with utilities shared come out to an additional ~$100-120
