Hey everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a spacious Potrero Hill house on 18th Street, right next to the brunch place Plow, because I’m moving abroad. You’d be living with two female, Stanford and USC affiliated, friendly housemates in their 20s. The room is furnished and is available from January through September 2025. There are 5 rooms in the house, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 office.
