About the Condo:
Newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath top story condo facing the city skyline, quartz counter tops, dishwasher, washer/dryer in apt, balcony, and a shared backyard.
There are skylights in both bathrooms and the kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, recessed lighting, 86" TV in living room, etc. There is no elevator in the building. You'll be sharing the bathroom with me.
Our place is fully furnished, except for the bedroom. We consider the place to be a retreat-like atmosphere, close enough to the hustle and bustle of the Castro, Haight, Lower Haight. NOPA. Plenty of street parking available with permit (never hard to find parking)
I have one small Maltipoo (Khushi). The dimensions of the room are 13' X 11'. and the closet is 8' X 2.5'. It's really a nice size room.
About Us:
My roommate and I both have easy going personalities, live in the moment and live like family. We do keep the common spaces clean. We are cognizant about the noise since we since we both work a full schedule. The apt is big enough that we have ample private space, but also enjoy just hanging out, watching TV, etc.
I'm 32 years old bi, easy going, and work in the tech field (VC). My other roommate, who is also the condo's owner is 51 yrs old, Cal alumni, pretty laid back gay guy, working in downtown SF. He was raised in the Bay Area while I'm originally from central Mexico. I'm usually out and about in SF, hanging out with friends, talking about current events, traveling, etc.
