This seems to be a modern, well furbished 2B1B house and only 15 mins bike from campus. It is also 1 mile to California Ave Station and close to stop of Bus 22 which takes 10 mins to palo alto bus station.
Looking for a roommate to share the place. How to split rent for two bedrooms is neogotiable. Desirable move-in date: mid-January (around 15th). Open to a large time window (entire January) and can help compensate the extra rent caused by the misaligned move-in time. I will move in with a large couch (around $800 from IKEA, can be extended to a temporal well-supported bed), many kitchen appliances and certain other furnitures from my current place.

I like cooking and sharing food with my friends.
I like animals and welcome any pets. Can volunteer to take care of your pets when you are on vacation. (plants as well)
Can stay quiet if you want to live alone or focus on your work. Happy to engage in social events. Feel free to host dinner or game nights with your friends in the house. (Overnight party not welcome though). I am a very flexible and easygoing person, just let me know your boundary and preferred lifestyle!
