Hi, I am a research fellow at Stanford University and am currently looking for a room to share. I am seeking a long-term arrangement (10 months to 1 year) with a maximum budget of $1000-$1100 per month. Ideally, I would prefer a place closer to campus or within walking distance.

My preferred move-in date is between mid-January and early February.
