Hi! My mom is moving out to the area from out of state, and we are looking for a place to rent when she arrives (likely temporary ) as she gets to know the area a bit better and decides what area she'd like to be in more permanently.

She does have one older cat who is litter trained of course. Her timing is likely late Feb/March .

She is completely independent and will have a car. I work at Stanford hospital, and we have other family in the area.
