I’m looking to sublease my rains bedroom for the upcoming quarter, with occupancy starting from January 4th with a possibility to extend till the end of spring quarter.
Apartment is on first floor, has hardwood flooring.
Rent is 1566 per month and I’m adding internet fee and event fees.
Preference to female occupants because current roommate is female and male would require further approval.
