We are subletting our beautiful NYC Upper West Side (UWS) 1 bed 1 bath apartment from Feb 1 to July 31. The rent is $3200 per month. The apartment is in a great neighborhood - lots of great restaurants in the area, close to the subway (under 5 mins to C line and 10 mins to the 1), adjacent to Central Park, has an in-unit washer dryer, and gets tons of natural light. The building super and building management are also great. We have really enjoyed our time in this apartment
You can extend the lease if you'd like, the building manager said the rent would probably increase to $3500 in August.
