The Other Tenants:
Currently, there are three other gentlemen and two gentledogs in this shared home. Although there is only one bathroom, the current residents keep the home clean and inviting and are looking for someone who is able to do the same!
The Lease:
The lease is a 6 month term with the option to renew as a month to month lease once the 6 month expires. The security deposit is $1,200 and the monthly rent is $1,500. The utilities (PG&E, water, garbage, and internet) are an additional cost but is divided evenly among all tenants.
