Two bedrooms are available in a house in Palo Alto near whole foods.
House is furnished. Bedrooms can be either furnished or unfurnished. The master bedroom is occupied by a young professional couple (us). We do not live in Palo Alto, but will stay at the house two weekends a month. We will make minimal use of the common spaces. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Garage storage space is available, and there are two work stations setup downstairs for WFH if needed. Street parking can be purchased cheap through the city of Palo Alto.
Smaller bedroom asking is 1,900. Larger is 2,100. Rent includes utilities, internet, trash, gardening (as long as utilities don't get out of control or overused).
Asking for a minimum of 6 month stay. Month to month is an option with a 3 month notice before moving out. Please reach out if you are interested! It is a perfect place for a couple of friends who want to live in a house and move off-campus! Or individuals looking for a furnished place.
