Full-Stack Development:
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks, understanding the pros and cons of competing stacks and their appropriate applications. (e.g., Tanstack Start, Remix, NextJS)
• Exhibit robust back-end expertise, including database management, cloud services, deployment strategies, and cost optimization. (Upstash, Neon, Aws, SST)
• Proficient in multiple programming languages, particularly Go and TypeScript.
Technical Leadership:
• Contribute to tasks outside core competencies, such as UI/UX design and workflow optimization. Must be comfortable with design frameworks such as Figma, Miro, Xcalidraw
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and pivot when necessary without attachment to specific tech stacks.
• Leverage AI and LLMs to enhance efficiency without over-reliance. (O1, Cursor, V0, dabbling with HuggingFace a plus)
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Proven experience as a full-stack developer in fast-paced startup environments. Prior
dev experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Tanstack Start, Remix, NextJS) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Go).
• Strong understanding of multiple blockchains and their mechanics. Being mentally flexible enough to switch between EVM, SVM, and UTXO a must.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Go and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and database systems (PostGres,Uptash, Neon).Familiarity with DevOps • practices and deployment pipelines (CI/CD pipelines, SST).
• Usage of modern package management tools like Bun.
Soft Skills:
• Mission-aligned with a genuine belief in the value of company equity.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to various aspects of the project.
• Resides in or can work within the US Central Time zone.
