Master bedroom sublet with potential to continue lease in desirable area of Palo Alto available ASAP!
My roommate and I are searching for a single woman to take over the master bedroom of our charming mid-century home in midtown Palo Alto through the end of the lease (end of July, with possibility of renewal). I’ve lived here since 2022 and love the house and area— it’s a couple minutes from 101, and the cal ave Caltrain station, super convenient for commuting, yet in the middle of a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking.
We are two working professionals in our mid/late twenties. Among us, we love hiking, weightlifting, classical music, dancing, cooking, and frequenting the local farmers market.
Some notes about the place:
-Rent $1765
-Utilities/wifi roughly $100 each month
-no pets unfortunately!
-fabulous fruit trees, sometimes we have to share with the squirrels >:-(
-bed from photos is from previous roommate— will be gone by the time new roommate moves in
-room is available ASAP (prioritizing anyone who could take over lease sooner), with lease continuing through end of July
