Looking for year long lease for a studio or one bed starting in May or June (can be flexible!)

Rent anywhere from 1800-2300/month

Location also flexible, preferably a 25 min or less drive from campus

Heavy preference for non-ground floor units

Happy to talk about purchasing furniture if you are moving out and looking to pass things down!



Very clean, quite tenant--never have been late on rent and happy to provide references :)
