Hello! I'm a grad student in my final year looking for a private room within a 20 minute drive from Stanford, starting March 15 (can start paying rent starting March 1). I am a quiet and respectful roommate, and like to keep common spaces clean.

I have an adorable 1 year old dog (~50 lbs), so housing must be dog friendly. He is well-trained, clean, and quiet. He will generally be out of the house during the day -- I bring him to work M-F and we are usually gone hiking/running on weekend days. Happy to cover pet rent or a pet deposit as needed.
