Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for an 1b1b from early March through June 30, 2025 with the possibility of lease extension. Start/end dates are negotiable. The place comes furnished and the rent is 2300 with utilities included (electricity, water, internet etc)! The place has a private entrance and a beautiful patio.
