I am moving out of my room near 461 Ventura Ave, Palo Alto, 94306. The room is fully furnished, with a huge wardrobe installed. There is also a huge living room and a separate kitchen, fully equipped. You have your private bathroom with a window.
The apartment is nicely located and a roughly 10 minute bike ride on Stanford campus, Trader Joe's, WholeFoods and Grocery outlet are also only a short bike ride away.
The apartment is very quiet, since no window faces any street.
Amenities like a Pool, Washer&Dryer as well as a bike lock room are available in the apartment complex and shared, the neighbors here are very kind and reasonable people though.
The contract is month to month, we would prefer mid to long term stays though like >6 months.
You would live with a 33 year old German Postdoc working in Stanford.
