I am looking for someone, preferably female, to sublease/take over my lease from late March (dates flexible) up to May 31. It may be possible to arrange a longer stay with the landlord in June and potentially a year-long lease.
- Rent is $1775/month + wifi/utilities (around ~$150/month)
- The room and house are fully furnished (see photos) with a beautiful backyard and garden area. Perfect for sitting outside in the spring weather!
- The house is shared with three other lovely women in their 20s who are Stanford affiliates or working professionals. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and relatively quiet.
- The location is a 10-minute drive/15-minute bike ride to Stanford's campus. Downtown Palo Alto is a 5-minute drive/10-minute bike ride. Trader Joe's and Safeway are each a mile away.
- The house has ample parking.
