Utilities -- PG&E and WIFI are approximately $70 per month, per person. Water and sewage are included in the rent. $1,500 safety deposit is required and there is a $40 application fee to the property management company (Hogan & Vest). Street parking is available with the purchase of a city parking permit. No pets allowed.
The apartment is fully furnished, including dishes, cookware and small appliances. The available bedroom is also furnished, but furniture can be removed (Bed, mattress, mirror and bookshelf).

Looking for a respectful, social, kind female roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 1/4 each for common supplies, toilet paper, etc.) Perfect for a student, young professional or grad student who does not party late, smoke or do drugs.
