One bedroom with a private full bathroom available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The unit gets plenty of natural light, the living room is spacious, and the kitchen was recently remodeled. Our unit also has a sunny patio in the back, a great place to hang out during the Spring and Summer!
I am finishing my postdoc at Stanford and the current lease ends at the end of March, and my flatmate is searching for someone to renew the lease with (1 year lease). I am looking to sell my furniture, so the room can come furnished (prices TBD) but it can also be unfurnished.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet. 15 minutes away from Stanford by bike, 5 minute bike ride (20 minute walk) to the Menlo Park and Palo Alto Caltrain stations and downtowns.
Water, trash, and sewage are included in rent; electricity, gas, and internet are not included. Tandem parking for two cars, my flatmate has one car.
