I’m a visiting student from University of Cambridge to Stanford from September 2025 to June 2026, looking for a studio or a one-bedroom apartment (if shared then better with private bathroom) near campus. Ideally, I’d prefer:

Walking/biking distance to Stanford
Furnished (preferred, but not mandatory)
Budget: Flexible based on location and amenities
Quiet and safe neighborhood
