We’re looking for 1-2 folks (couples welcomed!) to join our beautiful Menlo Park home!
When: Starting April 1st, preference for at least a 6 month stay Where: Sharon Heights neighborhood in Menlo Park What: Master bedroom + private bath in a 4 bedroom home How much: $2,400/month + utilities
The room:
Large powder room that leads to a private bathroom Sliding door/window onto a private patio South + west facing windows with great natural lighting Partially furnished (with California king bed/bedframe & side tables -- could optionally include other furniture as well) Two large closets Carpeted Upstairs
The house:
Fantastic location: - 3-min walk to Safeway / CVS / bus stop (SamTrans & Stanford Marguerite) - 10-min bike ride to Stanford - 12-15 min bike ride to downtown Menlo Park & Palo Alto Modern kitchen with 2 ovens Large furnished living room with flatscreen TV & crafting space Furnished back patio with a heat lamp & grill Washer & dryer A kind landlord who we keep in regular touch No pets allowed
The housemates: We are 4 professionals/grad students in our late 20s/early 30s (we are two couples). Our close community enjoys hanging out together and sharing communal dinners 1-3 times a week. We share house chores and keep a neat home. We often have friends over for dinner, movie nights, and art nights. We throw the occasional party for birthdays or holidays. We are looking for a community-oriented housemate (or a couple) who is responsible, neat, and a good communicator. If this is a good fit, please reach out to us!
