- The share of the rent would be $2095, plus utilities (~30-70) and internet (40)
- The room available is a 12.5sqft master bedroom with a private bathroom, with an ikea desk and twin/full bed available.
- The apartment has in-unit washer/dryer.
- The apartment is a two minute walk from the Caltrain station / University Ave.
- The room is available April 1st, and the lease ends March 31st. I'm happy to discuss options to leave the lease early.
