The living room is furnished and the kitchen is stocked with most appliances, cookware, and dishes. Tenants have free access to these common rooms and the backyard which has plenty of room to garden and budding fruit trees and herbs.
The Other Tenants:
Currently, there are three other gentlemen and two gentledogs in this shared home. Although there is only one bathroom, the current residents keep the home clean and inviting and are looking for someone who is able to do the same!
The Lease:
The lease is a 6 month term with the option to renew as a month to month lease once the 6 month expires. The security deposit is $1,200 and the monthly rent is $1,500. The utilities (PG&E, water, garbage, and internet) are an additional cost but is divided evenly among all tenants.
