Hosted by Feeling Flow
Feeling Flow is hosted at a historic heritage house in Palo Alto, where we inspire individuals to experience flow through dance, yoga, meditation, and related arts. Flow is a state of awareness where we are completely immersed in the present moment, leading to well-being and personal growth. Art, in essence, is a form of self-discovery and connection, and what better way to explore this than through music and movement!
